If we have our health, a place to live and a form of income we are blessed. Thanksgiving was established by our forefathers at a time when the colonies nearly did not survive. Where would we be today if that had happened? We should be very grateful to the Native Americans who help them to live. CHRISTMAS! That blessed time of year, when the spirit of love and peace comes to us once again. Would you remember to keep the CHRIST of Christmas in Christmas?? For He is “THE REASON FOR THE SEASON” and that is why we celebrate it. For those of us who have, let us not forget those who have not. In James 1:27a “Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction……..” The old saying is true “It is better to give than to receive.” For in giving we obtain a blessing that is priceless.
